Mike has worked in the auto repair industry for over 30 years. He started as an installer in a two-bay shop in back of a gas station. Later he became a manager of a shop and eventually the General Manager of the company that had grown to be the second largest independent on the West Coast. While managing up to 30 employees in 5 shops, Mike made almost every mistake you can think of. Because of this experience, he is quick to recognize whether or not something will make you money.

For years, the company did a very high volume, but didn't make any real money. The owners visited other successful shops and asked, “Are you making any money?” trying to find out the successful actions of others.

Then, Mike took a class on managing a business based on statistics; he knew he was on to something. After using what he had learned, the sales and profits in the shops went out the roof and kept on rising. You will learn about this system at the seminar.
