I had big attitude when I took the seminar the first time because I really didn't think it was collision based. I wanted to make sure the information was going to speak to me and not be sitting in a room with a bunch of mechanics. It absolutely does speak to me. I just wished I had done it sooner! But the time wasn't right for me. I wasn't miserable enough. The people that I'm talking to now are VERY knowledgeable about what we are dealing with. So much of the information helps us do what we are doing (collision shops), just as it does the mechanics.

I used to work 8 hours a day when I was doing it by myself. And then I would accomplish more from 5 at night to 9PM than I would all day. So you approach burn out when you are doing that! And then my job became not fun!

One of my biggest gains was getting organized. That had been very difficult for me. I was so busy trying to get the next car finished that I did not have time to work on the business. I didn't think that anybody else could do it as good as I could do it. But if you teach employees well and give them the responsibility and get them going, there are good people out there. Management Success teaches us how to find them.

It absolutely has reduced my stress level. I leave here at 5 or 5:30, 5 days a week. I can leave and be gone for a week at a time. I now have more time with my wife and a better quality life.
