Results from the Management Success! Seminar
My name is Sean O'Gorman, I am a fellow business owner. There is a Seminar for shop owners I wanted to take a minute to tell you about. I was a good tech but I really didn't have a clue on how to run my shop, I was doing a whole lot of work and making very little money. Man, the sales were low! We weren't falling behind, but we were just scraping by and breaking even at best. It became not worth even being in the business any more.
I decided to attend the Management Success, Shop Owner "How to Increase Your Profits!" Weekend Seminar, because that's just what I wanted to do: Increase My Profits.
After I went to the seminar things started getting better right away. My staff is now much more efficient, I actually make a profit on each ticket. Getting better help in here was a big deal. I think one of my biggest gains was the fact that I'm now an executive running the business instead of a tech in it. I now have cash reserves, my sales have gone way up, I have been able to update my equipment, improve my building and still pay the bills.
I learned so much and I will never go back to how I used to be. Knowing the basics on being a shop owner really makes owning a business a pleasure and very rewarding.
