Results from the Management Success! Seminar

My name is Randy Meyers. I own an auto repair shop in Clearwater, Florida and one in Sturgis, MI. When I first got into this business I was working 70 hours a week and didn't know whether we were making money or not. I used to gauge things by how tired I was. If I was tired, I thought it must have been a busy week and we must have made some money. I found out that wasn't always the case.

My grandfather started the Sturgis shop in 1927. I worked with my father for fifteen years using the same management technique. Then I worked this same way by myself for another six years. We were doing okay but things were way too hectic and it was too much hard work.

I went to the Management Success seminar in the 1990's. As a result, my shop became very successful. It was so successful that I decided to sell the shop for cash. The new owners had the shop for four years and could not make a "go" of it. They didn't have the knowledge I had from Management Success on how to run the business. I took the shop back and reviewed what I had learned from Management Success. It took only two months to move the shop from nothing back up to full production.

Management Success has given me financial freedom and a life outside of the shop. I was able to move away from the Michigan shop to Clearwater, where I then decided to open my second shop.
